Whether it’s a bent frame, scratched lenses, or a pair that needs a complete replacement, we have you covered.

The plan covers 90% of repair or replacement costs (tax not included), so you only pay a small portion out of pocket. It’s a simple way to safeguard your investment, keep your vision clear, and feel relaxed wearing your glasses every day.

How the Plan Works

With our Eyewear Protection Plan, you only pay 10% of repair or replacement costs. EyeCare Associates covers the remaining 90% for one year. We recommend bringing your glasses in at six months for a complimentary cleaning and inspection.

  • Replacement of broken or damaged frames

  • Replacement of scratched or chipped lenses

  • Accidental breakage or damage to frames or lenses

How to Care for Your New Glasses

To keep your glasses in top condition:

  • Use both hands when putting on or taking off your glasses

  • Never place lenses directly on a surface

  • Clean lenses wet; avoid paper or tissue products

  • Store glasses in a protective case when not in use

  • Have them professionally cleaned and adjusted regularly
